Main features
This machine consists of five sections, the first section is for blowing and dust removal, the second, third, and fourth sections are for ultraviolet lamp sterilization, and the fifth section is for transition
The blowing section consists of eight blowing ports, three on each top and bottom, and one on each left and right. It is randomly equipped with a snail booster blower (1.1kw)
Each section of the sterilization section is illuminated by eight quartz glass ultraviolet sterilization lamps, with three lamps on each top and bottom, and one lamp on each side. The stainless steel cover plates on the top, bottom, left and right sides can be easily removed for maintenance
The bag is driven to move smoothly by uniformly distributed stainless steel bars installed on the stainless steel chain, consisting of two types: a middle displacement device, which is not easy to break the bag, and ensures that ultraviolet rays can be irradiated to each part
The main body of the machine is made of stainless steel, and the transmission shaft is electroplated with carbon steel
