The main frame of the whole machine is made of stainless steel structure, and some transmission shafts are driven by carbon steel electroplating servo motors and reducers. The can picking device is controlled by PLC and displayed on the touch screen human-machine interface. It is easy to operate with a conveyor belt, PVC green belt, and a width of 1200mm


Main features

Working principle: The entire tray of empty cans is manually transported to the designated position by a ground ox (stacking method is to stack the cans with the mouth up). The start button is pressed, and the system will automatically determine the height of the empty can tray through photoelectric detection. According to the requirements of the later buffer belt for cans, a layer of empty cans is pushed onto the buffer panel by a scraper, and then the upper and lower heights are adjusted to match the height of the later buffer belt. The empty cans are then sent to the buffer belt for use. The cache belt will continuously deliver cans to the can sorting machine according to its demand for cans. After unloading each layer of empty cans, the unloading machine will automatically remind. Upon receiving the reminder, the cardboard between the two layers of empty cans will be manually removed until all empty cans on the pallet are unloaded, and then the next cycle will be carried out.
